Join Susan Carpenter from UW-Arboretum as she presents this workshop that includes: brief overview of native bees, Bumble bee ID, tips for photography and photo management, outdoor survey time at Wehr Nature Center, protocol on what to do in the case of reporting a sighting of the Federally Endangered Rusty-patch Bumble bee, labeling and photo upload to BumbleBeeWatch.org
Please bring a camera or smartphone-for cameras, a macro setting is recommended.
