Walkabout at Wehr 2008 Waiver
and release from liability and indemnity agreement The undersigned does hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenants not to sue Wehr Nature Center, Friends of Wehr, Milwaukee County, its agents, officers, employees, guests and invitees (all collectively hereinafter referred to as "Releasees") from all liability to the undersigned, her/his personal representative, assigns, heirs, and next of kin for all loss or damage and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to the person of property or resulting in the death of the undersigned, whether caused by the negligence of Releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in the Walkabout at Wehr.

The undersigned does hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees and each of them from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that the undersigned or his/her parent/guardian may incur a) due to the presence of the undersigned in or about the Wehr Nature Center or b) due to the undersigned participating in the Walkabout. The undersigned assumes all risks associated with and resulting from any and all activity involving the undersigned in the Walkabout. The undersigned expressly agrees that the foregoing Release Waiver and Indemnity Agreement is of the State of Wisconsin and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect. I understand this is a fund raising event and the registration fee is non-refundable.

I grant I do not grant
the Friends of Wehr and the Milwaukee County Park System the right to use any photos for promotional purposes.
