It’s all about the spacey stuff. Look for sun spots through telescopes, try to guess your weight on other planets, see the Milky Way in the Starlab, and have your picture taken on the moon.

Telescopes, games, prizes, demonstrations, a walk to the edge of the Solar System on the woodland paths, and a chance for kids to have a picture taken on the moon in a space suit! ($1/photo sent electronically, $6/5X7photo sent USPS regular delivery.)

Sessions to see the Milky Way and the sky full of stars in the Starlab will repeat on the half hour until 3:30 pm. A drawing will be held at 3:30 pm for astronomy prizes and a telescope. The drawing is limited to paid children, ages 7-18, with a parent. Must be present to win. All this and more will fill your afternoon with astronomy fun.
