Volunteers
Volunteers are the lifeblood of Wehr Nature Center and Nature in the
Parks. About 200 volunteers of all ages and backgrounds make all this
possible. Volunteer opportunities abound - from working with
schoolchildren to boiling maple sap to chipping trails to caring for
snakes and turtles - Wehr's volunteers do it all. And with great humor and
energy. Their contributions are not only enormous but invaluable.
