Midsummer's Night Market FAQS

  • Who can attend?

    This event is recommended for adults. Must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • What is the parking arrangement for this event?

    Guests can park in the parking lot of Wehr Nature Center, first come first serve. If the lot becomes full, there will be additonal parking available in front of picnic area 5 within Whitnall park. (Located north of Wehr Nature Center, on Whitnall Park Drive). 


    A shuttle will be located in the parking lot in front of picnic area 5 and available for attendees during the event. Attendee shuttle runs 5:30 pm -8:30 pm. 

  • Do you offer ticket discounts?

    Yes! If you are a Friends of Wehr member, admission will cost $5 (per member). You can sign up to become a member (annual membership) at the event (in-person membership signups will be 50% off) or anytime online at www.friendsofwehr.org/membership. Standard admission is $8.

  • Can I stop by anytime?

    Yes! This is a open-house style event. Stop by anytime between 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. 

  • Can I bring my pets?

    No, because this is a nature preserve, we kindly ask you leave your animals at home. Service animals are allowed. 

  • Will the event run if it rains?

    Yes, the event will run if it rains. It will be moved inside. 

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Sorry, sales are final. No refunds. 

  • What form of payments do you accept?

    At admissions we accept cash or card. 

    Cash will be outside and card payment will be inside (main entrance).


    Please note vendors have their own independent methods of payment they accept. 


     

  • Can I come solo or with a group?

    You can come solo or with a group. 

    If you are coming with a group, we do recommend carpooling. 

  • What time does the raffle close?

    The raffle closes at 7:15pm! 

    Raffle funds support Wehr Nature Center. 

    You do not have to be present to win.
